About the role
A top-tier consulting firm is building a greenfield digital bank for a Dubai-based client, and we are hiring across the Architecture & Platform Engineering Squad responsible for designing and standing up the bank’s core technology foundation. Stand up the architecture and engineering foundations for a greenfield digital bank. The squad defines and builds the integration layer, cloud and platform runtime, AI platform, and security posture and operates them through to regulatory inspection readiness. Architects set technical strategy and governance; engineers build, deploy and run the systems. Expect to work alongside product, delivery and vendor teams across a multi-quarter horizon to deliver a bank that's secure, scalable, and inspection-ready.
What you'll do
- Implement the ML platform, feature store, and model-serving infrastructure.
- Build AI agents, RAG pipelines, and decision engines for banking use cases.
- Instrument models for drift detection, evaluation, and observability.
- Integrate AI capabilities into banking workflows and product surfaces.
- Support the AI Lead in delivering the agentic strategy and LLM gateway.
- Document model architectures, pipelines, and evaluation frameworks.
What you'll bring
- Proven experience building and shipping production ML/AI systems.
- Hands-on experience with LLM integration, RAG pipelines, and vector databases.
- Proficiency in ML frameworks: PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Experience with feature stores (Feast, Tecton, or equivalent) and model-serving platforms.
- Familiarity with AI observability — drift, evaluation, and monitoring tooling.
- Banking or regulated services exposure preferred.
- Strong remote-work discipline and written communication.
