AI Content & Growth Marketing Manager

About the role

We are looking for an AI Content & Growth Operations Manager to support multiple portfolio companies across clean energy, healthcare technology, and EV mobility. This role combines AI-assisted content creation, social media management, growth marketing, CRM coordination, and operational execution. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, fast-moving, and comfortable using modern AI tools to turn ideas into campaigns and measurable business growth. You will help manage content production, founder branding, campaign execution, social media operations, and growth workflows across several businesses.

What you'll do

• Create written, visual, and video content using AI tools
• Build and manage weekly content calendars
• Manage publishing across LinkedIn, Instagram, X, TikTok, and other platforms
• Turn founder ideas and voice notes into polished content
• Support marketing campaigns and launches
• Create founder thought leadership content
• Maintain CRM organization and workflows
• Assist with lead tracking and growth operations
• Monitor engagement and campaign performance
• Produce weekly and monthly reporting
• Improve AI-assisted content workflows
• Coordinate across multiple brands and priorities

What you'll bring

• 2–5 years of digital marketing or content operations experience
• Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude
• Strong Canva and visual content skills
• Video editing experience
• Strong English communication skills
• Ability to work independently
• Strong organizational skills
• Experience managing social media platforms
• Fast execution and attention to detail
• Reliable internet connection
